Pre-Booking Requirement for New Students 
To ensure a tailored and safe Pilates experience, all new students must complete a pre-booking form before scheduling their first session. This form provides important information that helps me understand your needs and goals, allowing me to customize your Pilates journey effectively.
Appointments cannot be scheduled until the pre-booking form has been completed and submitted.  If you do not receive a confirmation message, it means some required fields were left incomplete. To ensure successful submission, please go back and fill out all the necessary information before trying again. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to working with you!
