BOOKING GUIDELINES
Session Duration and Timing:

1.) All sessions:  All sessions are 50 minutes long, but bookings are scheduled in one-hour intervals to account for a 5-minute arrival period before and a 5-minute departure period after your session.
2.) New Clients: If you’re a new client, please complete the pre-booking form before scheduling your first session. Sessions cannot be booked without the completed form.
3.) Booking Hours: Sessions can only be booked during available time slots. Please book on the hour (e.g., 9:00 AM–10:00 AM) for scheduling consistency.
4.) Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 
5.) Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, as sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
6.) No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a booked session without prior notice may lose priority for future bookings or have limited scheduling options at this time.
7.) Health and Safety:
Please ensure you are in good health before attending your session. Consult your physician before booking if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
